We'll walk through streets and markets that may be crowded, chaotic, noisy, and even overwhelming, yet deeply authentic, in the non-touristy areas of Lima's historic center: Ramon Castilla Market, Mesa Redonda, Barrios Altos, and Chinatown. We will try a wide variety of delicious Peruvian dishes including tasty bites, local markets, and hole-in-the-wall spots, all carefully selected by local food experts. And you know what? You will directly support local vendors, learn about its history and culture while immersing yourself into the real Peru.
