Mubboo Verdict

A friendly, well-located base near Fisherman’s Wharf and the cruise terminal, ideal for pre-cruise stays and seniors valuing service and accessibility.

Insider tip: Helpful staff, like Emeldy, actively assist with cruise preparations, making this a go-to for pre-cruise stays. Yet, housekeeping occasionally misses details like removing used towels or ensuring linens are lint-free.

First, all our interactions with hotel staff were fine and pleasant; housekeeping included. Otherwise, I have a list of issues. Nothing entirely gross or major, but a lot more attention to detail is needed in all aspects for this hotel. Several long, dark hairs on a clean towel. Lack of collecting dirty towels in the bathroom.

We stayed at the Hotel Zoey and had a wonderful experience. From the rooms to the front desk they could not have been more helpful. Emeldy, front desk was extremely helpful with getting us ready for our cruise. I would recommend this hotel extremely high!

We looked at several hotels in the area but decided on Hotel Zoe based on reviews, distance to Fisherman’s Wharf and the cruise terminal. The entire staff at Hotel Zoe, from the doorman, to the maintenance staff, to the front desk to house cleaning, were phenomenal, welcoming and always had a smile.
