“Gorgeous hotel and def bougie with beautiful views of the city. Check in is on the 70th floor and features sweeping views of LA which is really cool to see. Pros: -Samy, the front desk Supervisor was amazing. She was kind, friendly, and understanding and applied our leftover credits to our bill.”

He carried both my boyfriend’s and my luggage to our car, carefully loaded everything for us, and even brought our car around, which made the whole process so much easier. He was respectful, courteous, and had such a positive attitude the entire time.”
