“We were only there for two nights but wish it could have been longer. This hotel is exceptionally clean with a warm, friendly and professional staff. The room was large by NYC standards, clean, quiet and comfortable. Shout out to the front desk staff who provided special attention to our needs.”
“On arrival we had a lovely surprise left for us by housekeeping, Amalia Lobby - who decorated our hotel room for my 30th birthday which was amazing and she did such a great job! The staff in general were so lovely. Overall our experience of the hotel was okay, you are paying for the prime location.”
“We left an item behind in our room and we had incredible service from Melanie at the front desk and Alvaro in housekeeping- who helped us get the item back after we checked out and had left. Thank you all so much and we cannot wait to stay with you all again!!”
