“This hotel is a 10. The staff is incredibly kind, especially Destinee. She is always attentive and goes above and beyond to help guests. We will definitely be back!”
“I would highly recommend avoiding this hotel. We have been Hilton Honors members for decades and stay exclusively at Hilton hotels whenever possible. There were only 2 of 3 working elevators. The wait time for an elevator was excessively long, especially during busy times of the day. People resorted to hauling luggage up the stairs.”
“Nice hotel and I slept well but lacks the basics. There isn’t a safe in the room and shower gel was empty when I arrived. The Lifts take ages and are slow, but on my first morning there were maintenance problems, leaving one lift for the entire hotel.”
