“Check in was easy and Carlo was amazing. I called the day before asking about an upgrade due to me celebrating my birthday- he told me he would be working Thursday am and to ask for him when I was to arrive and he would help me with whatever he could.”
“Not a resort, just a hotel with a pool. The M-Ville vibe just doesn’t show up. Music isn’t there, restaurant for breakfast is terrible. Bar type food is ok. Service in the rooftop is slow and not that good. Room as are really, really small. It is in a good location.”
