The Lexington Hotel, Autograph Collection

“Saloua* We come to this hotel often, and everything is consistent which is fine given how busy it is (this why I have rated average). However, it’s often the small things that make the biggest difference. I would like to recognize Saloua, who is a real asset to the Lexington Hotel.”

“Stayed at the Lexington several times. Cool property. Nice location. Nicole at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Keep in mind these are very small rooms with tiny bathrooms like many places in NYC. Beds are super comfortable and the hotel is clean and nice. Subway is close.”

“A package arrived before check-in. It’s now been a month since checking out with no package received. Multiple visits to reception in person followed while still staying there. The hotel emailed an address that doesn’t actually exist, despite the correct email being on file with the Marriott account and written on a note left at check-in.”

“Terrible service, hair on the bed upon check in. When I switched to another room, I left some valuable items behind, they failed to locate them during room cleaning. Resulted direct loss of my items at their hotel, promised me they will get back to me but never replied any of my messages after I left.”
