“Entrance through security was effortless. Our guide NICOLE was exceptional. Unlike most tour guides who walk ahead of the group facing forward Nicole did not turn her back to us once. Instead she walked backwards to keep facing us and kept a beautiful smile the entire tour. Apart from being very friendly she was extremely knowledgeable.”

“Very cool to visit the winningest franchise in baseball but not very impressed with the building. I like the grand hall but the signage to get around is not great. The lower level concourse is a horrible design, small and narrow and with the concessions it is not easy to get around.”
