“During the NBA Finals week, I checked in after a long travel day to get into a room that was not up to standard as far as cleanliness and presentation. There was visible damage in the room and it had a strong odor of cigarettes.”

“Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. We specifically booked and paid a premium for a "Premier Double Room with Two Double Beds - Ball Drop View" because the view was the entire reason we chose this hotel. We understood the hotel was older, but we accepted that because we wanted the advertised Times Square/Ball Drop View experience.”

“This hotel is ok for the value but not much more. Stayed here for a work trip and booked quite quickly having not looked into it too much. I wanted somewhere central and for good value. The check in staff were wonderful and in fact all the staff you encounter are.”

“Catherine was most helpful checking us in. She was pleasant, friendly, and attentive. The hotel was nice. However I didn’t realize until the last day of my stay that they have coffee machines available for the rooms but you have to request them. We had no cups or coffee machine but we had an ice bucket.”
