I was hesitant before going due to the negative reviews but optimistic given we were hardly going to be in the room anyway. However - it was pretty bad. The pros:- Great location, friendly staff and nice lobby area.”

“While thr front desk and engineering teams were professional, the condition of my room significantly impacted my trip.As a positive note, the lobby has a beautiful, inviting aesthetic, and its convenient location made attending Broadway shows very easy. However, the condition of my room was a stark contrast to the lobby and did not justify the room rate.”
